KVS Vacancy 2016-17 Recruitment Notification

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has recently released the Recruitment Notification for PRT, TGT, PGT, and Principal Jobs / Vacancies to be filled in 2016. Interested candidates must apply online for the same.

How to Apply: Candidates are required to apply online through KVS’s website www.kvsangathan.nic.in or www.mecbsekvs.in. No other means/mode of submission of application will be accepted. Candidates must fill in the online application form carefully and submit it online. Login Id & password that gets generated on successful online form submission should be noted down for further use.

Exam Fee (Non Refundable): Rs. 1200/- (For Principal) and Rs. 750/- (For All Other Posts). Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PH & Ex-SEM categories are exempted from paying exam fee.

Mode of Payment: Candidates must pay the exam fee online through the link prescribed in the online application.

NOTE – The candidate should have a valid personal Email-ID which must be kept active throughout the recruitment process.

Scheme of Selection: Candidates will have to undergo written examination followed by a personal interview. (I) The weightage of the written exam and interview will be 85% and 15% respectively for the posts of Principal, PGT, TGT & PRT (Primary Teacher). (II) For PRT (Music) vacancies, the weightage of written exam, performance test & interview will be 60%, 25% and 15% respectively.
