Essential Academic Qualifications (As on 31st August, 2016): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification.

NOTE – Those in the Final year/Semester of Graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation exam on or before 31st August, 2016.

Age Limit (As on 1st April, 2016): Not below 21 years & not above 30 years.

Candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd April, 1986 and not later than 1st April, 1995 (both days inclusive).

(II) General & OBC – Rs. 600/- (Application Fee including intimation charges)

Selection Process:

(A) Phase-I: Preliminary Exam: The exam consisting of objective questions for 100 marks will be conducted online. This exam will be of 1 hour duration comprising 3 Sections as follows:

(B) Phase-II: Main Exam (Online): It will consist of objective test for 200 marks and a descriptive test for 50 marks.

DESCRIPTIVE TEST – It will be a Test of English Language (Letter & Essay Writing) of 30 minutes duration with 50 marks.

(C) Phase – III: Group Discussion (20 marks) & Interview (30 marks)

Final Selection: Only the marks scored in Main Exam (Phase-II), both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks scored in GD & Interview (Phase-III) for preparation of the final merit list.

Emoluments: The total compensation per annum will be a minimum of Rs. 7.55 lakh & maximum of Rs. 12.93 lakh.
