IBPS Clerk 2017 Notification for Bank Clerical Vacancies

Calendar of Events:

  • Online Form Filling including Editing / Changes – 12th September, 2017 to 3rd October, 2017
  • Online Payment of Application Fee/Intimation Charges – 12th September, 2017 to 3rd October, 2017
  • Download of Call Letter for Online Exam (Preliminary) – November 2017
  • Online Exam (Preliminary) – 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10th December 2017
  • Download of Call Letter for Online Examination (Mains) – January 2018
  • Online Exam (Mains) – 21st January, 2018

Age (As on 1st September, 2017): Minimum: 20 years & Maximum: 28 years (A candidate must have been born not before 2nd September, 1989 & not after 1st September, 1997 (both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification: Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a Govt. recognized university. The candidate must have a valid Mark-sheet or Degree Certificate showing that he/ she is a graduate on the day of online registration.

Application Fees / Intimation Charges:

  • 100/- for SC / ST / PWD & Ex-Servicemen
  • 600 /- for all others

How to Apply:

(1) Candidates should visit the website www.ibps.in & click on the Home Page to open the link “CWE Clerks”. Click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE-Clerks (CWE-Clerks-VII)”. This opens the Online Application Form.

(2) Candidates must then click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering the basic information in the online application form.

(3) Candidates must upload their photograph & signature as per the given guidelines.

(4) Candidates are advised to fill in the online application form themselves as no change in information filled in the online application will be allowed or possible.

(5) Prior to submitting the online application, candidates are advised to use the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details in the application form & edit the same if required. No change is possible after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT Button.

Payment Mode: (I) Application fees/intimation charges can be paid only through the ONLINE mode. (II) The application form is integrated with the payment gateway & payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay / Visa / MasterCard / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards / Mobile Wallets.

NOTE – (A) Each wrong answer carries a penalty of one fourth or 25% of the marks assigned to that question. (B) Marks scored in the Main exam only will be taken into account for preparing the final merit list. (C) Although total marks for Main exam are 200, yet for provisional allotment these will be converted out of 100.
