Important Dates
- Online Registration including Edit / Modification of Application by candidates: 14th September, 2016 to 30th September, 2016
- Payment of Application Fees / Intimation Charges (Online): 14th September, 2016 to 30th September, 2016
- Download of Call Letters for Preliminary Online Exam: October 2016 (Officer Scale – I) & November 2016 (Office Assistant)
- Preliminary Online Exam (Officer Scale – I): 5th & 6th November, 2016
- Preliminary Online Exam (Office Assistant): 12th, 13th & 19th November, 2016
- Online Exam (Main): Officers (I, II & III) – 11th December, 2016 & Office Assistant – 18th December, 2016
Age Limit (As on 1st September, 2016)
- For Officer Scale- III: Above 21 years & Below 40 years
- For Officer Scale- II: Above 21 years & Below 32 years
- For Officer Scale- I: Above 18 years & Below 30 years
- For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Between 18 years & 28 years

NOTE: A candidate applying for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) post can also apply for the Officer post. But, a candidate can apply for only 1 post in the officer cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III. The candidate needs to apply separately & pay fees / intimation charges separately for each post applied for.
How to Apply
(I) Candidates must go to the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “CWE for RRBs” and then click on the appropriate option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE-RRBs-OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III)” or “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE-RRBs-OFFICE ASSISTANTS (Multipurpose)” to open the On-Line Application Form. (II) Once the application is filled in completely, candidates should submit the data. (III) The application form is integrated with the payment gateway & the payment process can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

- Officer (Scale I, II & III) – Rs. 100/- for SC / ST / PWD candidates & Rs. 600/- for all others
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Rs. 100/- for SC /ST / PWD / EXSM candidates & Rs. 600/- for all others
