SSC CGL 2019 Exam Notification

The SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam (CGLE) 2019 Notification has been out for the recruitment of officers and assistants in Group B & C. The interested candidates can read the vacancy details and  related eligibility criteria below to apply online.

Schedule of Events:

• Starting Date for applying Online : 22-Oct-2019
• End Date to applying Online : 25-Nov-2019 by 5 PM
• End Date to paying Fee via Online Mode: 27-Nov-2019 by 5 PM
• End Date to generate Offline Challan : 27-Nov-2019 by 5 PM
• End Date to pay through Challan (must be during bank working hours): 29-Nov-2019
• Tier-I Examination (CBE) Date : 02-Mar-2020 to 11-Mar-2020
• Dates for Tier-II (CBE) and Tier-III (Des.) Examinations: 22-June-2020 to 25-June-2020

Eligibility: (As on 1^st Jan, 2019):

(I) For Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer – Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University. Desirable Qualification as mentioned below: CA/ CS/ MBA/ Cost & Management Accountant/ Masters in Commerce/ Masters in Business Studies

(II) For Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) Post – Candidates should have graduation degree in any subject from a recognized University with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level OR must be graduation pass in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at their degree level.

(III) For Statistical Investigator Grade: II – Graduation Degree in any stream (with Statistics being one of the subjects) from a recognized Institute or University. Candidates should have studied Statistics as a subject in all the 3 years of the graduation course.

(IV) For all Other Posts – Must have graduation degree in any stream from recognized University or Institute.

Age Criteria (As on 1^st Jan, 2019): 18 – 32 (Varies as per the post)

Application Process:

The process of online application filling for the exam consists of 2 parts:
I. One Time Registration
II. Filling Online Application for the Exam

• For One-Time Registration, click on ‘Register Now’ link provided in ‘Login’ Section on http://ssc.nic.in.
• After completion of One-Time Registration, Login to online system using the  Registration Number & password.
• Click the ‘Apply’ link in the section ‘Combined Graduate Level Examination 2019’ under the ‘Latest Notifications’ tab.
• Carefully fill and verify the information provided by you before submitting the Application.

Payment Mode:

• You can pay the fees online by any online wallets like: BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

Selection Process:

• SSC CGL selection process consists 4 Tiers of exam and interview will be followed.
